The XL Series of Operator Control Stations (OCS) offer robust, reliable control that combine a traditional controller with an operator interface, built-in I/O, networking and removable mass data storage into an integrated, all-in-one unit. The XL series integrated industrial controls are cost-effective, provide significantly more functionality than a PLC and operator interface and are programmed using a single industry-recognized software package, Cscape.

WIDE ASPECT COLOR TOUCHSCREEN
The X5 really packs a big picture into an overall small package. With just a 4.6″ x 3.5″ cutout, this 4.3″ wide aspect screen is very friendly, intuitive, and clear. By incorporating our hidden soft key technology, you can use the entire screen to illustrate your specific applications.
STREAMLINED I/O
In an effort to make implementing Horner OCS controllers as seamless and user-friendly as possible, we have selected a streamlined set of on-board I/O. 4 digital inputs, 4 digital outputs, and 4 analog inputs make automating your applications, and your organization, as simple as the push of a (virtual) button.

RCX
The Remote Control Station (RCX) Series is a compact, screenless controller that provides all the benefits of an Ethernet enabled OCS and utilizes the same processor found in the XL6 products. RCX is a controller without an integrated display device and is constructed with a plastic chassis, and supports Plastic SmartStack I/O for local I/O (up to 4 modules).

RX Series
The RX Color-Touch OCS is a ruggedized, all-in-one controller with modularity. RX Ruggedized Color-Touch OCS unit High Brightness 5.7″ QVGA display with 32000+ colors, microSD slot, CsCAN, USB mini-B (programming) and USB-A, full on-board Ethernet and two RS232/RS485 serial ports Logic capability includes 256K, 0.2ms/K scan rate, and 32Kb registers. Four(4) Metal SmartStack modules are supported directly on the back

WebMI is first released in the new webOCS product line. Published directly from the OCS controller, WebMI empowers users to control everything onscreen from a computer, tablet, or other mobile devices.
