DCL MINE-X Catalysts

Designed for engines 700 hp (528 kW) and smaller

Ideal for small and medium sized stationary engines, 700 HP (520kW) and smaller, DCL MINE-X®catalytic converters effectively reduce engine exhaust emissions, including NOx, CO, hydrocarbons, formaldehydes, and particulates. MINE-X® catalytic converters are the industry standard for reliable, long life operation. DCL backs every stationary engine catalytic converter with an emissions performance guarantee, providing you worry free compliance with environmental operating permits.

Applications

Typically used in small to medium sized rich burn natural gas, lean burn natural gas or diesel stationary engines for gas compression, power generation, co-generation, fluid pumping, and refrigeration.

MINE-X® Catalytic Mufflers

DCL MINE-X® catalytic mufflers dramatically reduce carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons, and exhaust irritants, are easy to install and guaranteed to fit on your machine, whatever the model, old or new.

Replacement catalyst elements are available with short lead times for other housing manufacturers as well.

DCL 3-Way Catalyst

DCL three-way catalyst is used in rich-burn or stoichiometric engines for simultaneous conversion of oxides of nitrogen (NOx), carbon monoxide (CO), hydrocarbons (HC), formaldehyde (CH2O), and EPA classified Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs). The three-way catalyst is effective in a wide variety of engine applications and fuels, including natural gas, propane, and gasoline. A closed loop air-fuel ratio controller is required for the three-way catalyst to work effectively.
