Industry Veteran to Focus on North American Marine Business Expansion
MSHS / Pacific Power Group (PPG) is pleased to announce the appointment of Scott Rath to Director of Marine. In this capacity, Rath will provide strategic direction to expand the company’s marine business segment across North America.
Rath previously served as Vice President and General Manager of Uflex, where he led all aspects of the business including sales, production, order management, supply chain, field engineering, customer service, human resources and finance. Prior to joining Uflex, he held multiple roles of increasing responsibility with Cummins Inc. that enabled the company to significantly increase sales across multiple divisions and territories.
In his new role, Rath will leverage his expertise to drive operational excellence to achieve business growth priorities. “I look forward to leading the marine team to deliver advanced, customized propulsion and controls systems and MRO solutions to help companies gain greater efficiencies,” Rath stated.
Rath will also support the company’s internal and external stakeholders, including key customer accounts, to optimize the delivery of propulsion packages and provide the highest standards of repair and maintenance. He’ll also facilitate the growth of the company’s new Lake Union Marine Center.
