Agreement

THIS AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is a binding contract between you (“user,” “you,” or “your”) and MOTOR-SERVICES HUGO STAMP, INC., a Florida corporation (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

This Agreement, together with: (i) our terms of use (“Terms of Use”), found at https://www.mshs.com/terms-of-use/; (ii) our privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”), found at https://www.mshs.com/privacy-policy/; and (iii) any additional documents or information referenced in the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Governing Documents”) govern your access to and use of the following website www.mshs.com (our “Website”).

5. you represent and warrant that you: are: (i) eighteen (18) years of age or older; and (ii) not an entity or person that is prohibited, restricted, sanctioned, embargoed, or otherwise prevented from doing business with persons in the United States pursuant to any rules, regulations, lists, documents, laws, statutes, codes, treatises or otherwise which are regulated by a governmental agency of the United States, including but not limited to, the U.S. Department of the Treasury, the Bureau of Industry and Security, the U.S. Department of Commerce, the U.S. International Trade Commerce, etc.
