MSHS custom designed a hydraulic powered honing machine with a 200 mm to 710 range using hydraulic pressure, even the most hardened liners are being returned to service with ovality removed. After completion of honing a roughness test is performed and checked against manufacturer's specifications and recorded with liner measurements for the owner's records.
